Safety Savvy Squad:

This safety savvy squad course covers basic first aid skills for children. Emphasizing the importance of injury prevention and effective responses to common injuries. All skills are taught in accordance with American Heart Association guidelines and are presented in an age-appropriate manner.
Appropriate for ages 8-11
Safety Savvy Squad members are eligible to apply for a Safety Savvy Squad patch after completion of the course.
Safety Savvy Squad:
CPR & first aid
This course provides instruction in essential first aid skills, choking response, AED usage, and hands-only CPR. All skills are taught in accordance with American Heart Association guidelines and are presented in an age-appropriate manner. Additionally, the course covers safety awareness and injury prevention tailored to the developmental needs of participants.
Appropriate for ages 8-11
Safety Savvy Squad members are eligible to apply for a Safety Savvy Squad patch after completion of the course.
Safety Savvy Squad: advanced
Advanced squad members know what to do to stay safe and who to call for help. This advanced squad course is for those ready to advance their safety skills to the next level. Advanced squad members learn additional first aid and CPR skills and are eligible to obtain American Heart Association certification upon successful completion of the course.
