Evaluations
Quality improvement is essential, particularly when seeking to grow and enhance a newly established business.
If you have participated in a course through Safety Team Solutions and have not yet completed an evaluation, we kindly request that you take a moment to provide your feedback. Your input is invaluable. All evaluations are anonymous.

Cancelation & Refunds
Please note, if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled training, please do so with at least 4 days advance notice when possible. If proper notice is not provided, you may not be entitled to a refund. Life does happen and not all situations can be planned for, so if something unavoidable does come up and you do need to reschedule with less notice, please call or text STS to communicate this as soon as you are able.
Please be mindful that STS is charged service fees for electronic payments (even when you are refunded), so rescheduling is preferred. If you do not contact STS and do not attend a scheduled training (AKA: "No call, no show"), you are not entitled to a refund.
