STS has courses for caregivers and grandparents to learn up-to-date safety recommendations and rescue skills, as well as first aid and CPR courses focused on infant and child rescue skills.

These courses follow American Heart Association guidelines and cover infant and child CPR, choking response, AED use, and fundamental first aid skills. Courses are designed to be accessible and comfortable for all skill levels.
