American Heart Association, HEARTSAVER CERTIFICATION

Heartsaver CPR/AED & First Aid

Safety Team Solutions provides American Heart Association (AHA) accredited CPR and First Aid training. AHA training is approved by the NYS Bureau of Emergency Medical Services for CPR, First Aid, and AED training for sports teams, schools, and camps. The courses in this section are meant for those who are not working in the medical field.

All certifications from STS are valid for two years, but students are encouraged to reach out anytime with questions or to schedule a refresher course after one year to keep their skills sharp. In-person and online-blended formats are available. *Including some Spanish course options!

Nationally Recognized Certification

Your American Heart Association card is accepted by OSHA, the NYS DOH, child care licensing boards, healthcare employers, schools, and most regulatory agencies requiring CPR certification.

Heartsaver Online-Blended Course Options

Complete the online portion at your own pace, then schedule an in-person skills test. Access key emailed within 3 business days of purchase.

Important - Online-Blended Process
The online portion must be completed prior to the skills test. Please schedule your skills testing with enough time to receive the access key and complete the online portion. Students must present their course completion certificate from the online portion (via email or print) to complete skill testing.
